These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between SaçUzmanı.com ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and visitors, patients, and clinic owners ("User", "you") who use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Description and Purpose

SaçUzmanı.com is an online directory and referral platform designed to promote hair transplant clinics in Turkey and connect prospective patients with clinic owners.

The Platform provides only the following services:

  • Listing and promoting hair transplant clinics
  • Facilitating communication between patients and clinics
  • Forwarding online consultation and price quote requests
  • Publishing general informational content about hair transplantation

The Platform is not a healthcare institution, medical centre, clinic, or intermediary healthcare provider. No content or service provided through the Platform constitutes medical diagnosis, a treatment plan, or health advice of any kind.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All Platform content is prepared for general informational purposes only. By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • Hair transplantation is a medical procedure. You must consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before making any decision about undergoing a hair transplant.
  • No content on the Platform — including patient reviews, clinic descriptions, or blog articles — constitutes personal medical advice.
  • Selecting a clinic, contacting a clinic, or submitting a consultation request does not imply that the Platform endorses that clinic or procedure from a medical standpoint.
  • The Platform accepts no liability whatsoever for medical complications, unexpected outcomes, or side effects arising before or after a hair transplant procedure.

3. Disclaimer Regarding Clinic Listings

Clinics listed on the Platform appear for promotional and discovery purposes only. You expressly acknowledge that:

  • The Platform does not endorse, recommend, or favour any listed clinic. The order in which clinics appear does not imply superiority.
  • The Platform does not independently verify and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information submitted by clinic owners (services, pricing, medical staff, certifications, experience, etc.).
  • There is no employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship between the Platform and any listed clinic. Clinics are independent third parties.
  • It is your responsibility to verify that a clinic holds the necessary health licences, ministerial permits, and professional qualifications before undergoing any procedure.
  • In the event of a negative experience, medical complication, financial loss, or rights violation involving a clinic, legal recourse must be directed at that clinic; the Platform is not a party to such disputes.

4. Consultations and Price Quotes

  • Consultation requests submitted through the Platform and any price quotes received are preliminary in nature and not binding.
  • Final pricing, treatment plans, and procedure scope are determined through direct consultation with the chosen clinic.
  • The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy of price quotes provided by clinics, whether they are honoured, or whether they change over time.
  • Submitting a consultation request creates no obligation to select a clinic or make any payment.

5. Obligations of Clinic Owners

Individuals and organisations that register a clinic on the Platform agree to the following obligations:

  • Ensure that all clinic information (services, medical staff, certifications, price ranges, address, and contact details) is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
  • Hold all legally required licences, permits, and ministerial authorisations to provide hair transplant services, and present these documents upon request.
  • Refrain from publishing misleading, exaggerated, or false promotional materials.
  • Provide services to patients in accordance with applicable health regulations and professional ethics.
  • Process patients' personal data in compliance with KVKK and applicable data protection legislation.

In the event of a breach of these obligations, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove the clinic listing without prior notice.

6. User Obligations

All users of the Platform agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Refrain from attempting to gain unauthorised access to Platform systems, infrastructure, or databases.
  • Not create accounts using false identities or misleading information.
  • Not use the Platform for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or similar activities.
  • Not infringe the rights, privacy, or personal data of other users.
  • Not copy, distribute, or sell Platform content in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, logo, software code, textual content, blog articles, and visual elements are the property of SaçUzmanı.com and are protected under copyright law. Copyright in photographs and texts uploaded by clinic owners remains with the respective clinic; by uploading such content, clinic owners grant permission for it to be published on the Platform.

Written permission is required before any Platform content may be used outside the Platform.

8. Modification and Termination of Service

The Platform reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

  • Modify, update, or remove any feature,
  • Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or necessary updates,
  • Close user accounts considered to be in breach of these Terms.

The Platform is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The quality of services provided by, or medical outcomes associated with, any listed clinic.
  • Errors, omissions, or outdated information in clinic listings.
  • Temporary unavailability of the Platform.
  • Damages incurred via links to third-party websites.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites for convenience. These links are provided for informational purposes only; the Platform does not endorse the content, privacy practices, or reliability of such sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

12. Amendments to the Terms

The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current Terms are always published on this page, with the effective date stated in the heading. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
